Cross Country Practise

Kia ora, in Te Ngahere we have been doing cross country practise and other fitness activities. Like burpees, high knees, press ups, ski jumps and lots more. We also had to do shuttle running which is where you had to run from one cone and back then to the next cone and back. I think I did well at the shuttle running and the pace I did it at. I think I also did well in some of the fitness activities like the burpees and high knees. Have you ever done cross country before?
